About us

The company that builds it is the company that answers the phone

RookaSystems does both halves of the job: the infrastructure underneath and the business systems on top. One team, one number to call, and nobody to point at when the two do not agree.

Most IT problems in a growing business are not really technology problems. They are the gap between the people who installed the network, the people who sold the software, and the person in the office who now has to make the two work together on a Monday morning.

We close that gap by doing both. We install and run servers, networks and support desks, and we write the business systems that sit on them — including RS Flow, our own. When something goes wrong anywhere in that stack, there is one team to call and no argument about whose fault it is.

We work in Tanzania, for organisations in Tanzania. That is not a marketing line: it shows up as TZS throughout, withholding tax handled properly on every invoice, mobile money on the payment instructions, and support hours that know when Eid falls.

How we work

Assess, plan, run

01

Assess

We look at what is actually installed, what it costs, and what is closest to failing. You get that in writing whether or not you go further — it is yours either way.

02

Plan

A priced plan in the order things should be done, with the reasoning for the order. Budgets are finite, and the sequence matters more than the list.

03

Run

Support, monitoring, patching, backups that get restored from as a test, and renewals chased before they expire rather than after.

Start with an honest assessment

Twelve questions about how your IT is set up today. You get a score, a breakdown by area, and a plain explanation of what to fix first — whether or not you work with us.
